As we enter June 2025, it’s important for businesses, startups, professionals, and accountants to stay updated with key due dates for tax payments, filings, and statutory compliance. Missing deadlines can lead to penalties, interest charges, and notices from authorities.

To help you stay organized, here’s a detailed and simplified list of all important compliance deadlines for June 2025, including TDS, GST, PF/ESI, Advance Tax, and more.

📅 Important Tax and Statutory Due Dates – June 2025
🔹 7th June 2025 – TDS / TCS Payment

The due date to deposit Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for transactions made in May 2025.

  • Applicable for all deductors/collectors
  • Payment can be made online through the NSDL portal or respective bank sites
🔹 10th June 2025 – Professional Tax (PT)

Due date to deposit Professional Tax on salaries paid in May 2025.

⚠️ Note: PT due dates vary from state to state. Please confirm the exact date based on your registered state.

🔹 11th June 2025 – GSTR-1 (Monthly Filers)

Monthly filers must upload details of outward supplies (sales) for May 2025 under Form GSTR-1.

  • Applicable for businesses with turnover above ₹5 crore or not under the QRMP scheme
🔹 13th June 2025 – GSTR-1 IFF (QRMP Scheme)

Businesses under the Quarterly Return Monthly Payment (QRMP) scheme can file Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) for May 2025.

  • Optional, but allows B2B buyers to claim input tax credit promptly
🔹 15th June 2025 – Triple Compliance Day
  1. Advance Tax (1st Installment)
    Pay 15% of estimated tax liability for FY 2025–26 (April to June quarter). Applies to individuals and companies with taxable income beyond the exemption limit.
  2. PF & ESI Payment
    Deposit Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) dues for May 2025. Ensure payment through EPFO/ESIC portals to avoid penalties.
  3. TDS Certificates (Form 16/16A)
    Issue TDS certificates for the quarter Jan–March 2025.
    • Form 16A – Non-salary payments
    • Form 16 – For salaried employees (usually by 15th June)
🔹 20th June 2025 – GSTR-3B (Monthly Filers)

File GSTR-3B for May 2025 (summary return including tax payable and ITC claimed).

  • Late filing attracts penalties and interest
🔹 25th June 2025 – GST PMT-06 (QRMP Scheme)

If you’re under the QRMP scheme and your Input Tax Credit (ITC) is insufficient, pay tax liability for May 2025 using Challan PMT-06.

  1. Form DPT-3 (For Companies)
