Key Incentives Under Gujarat GCC Policy 2025-2030

CAPEX Support

To encourage infrastructure development, the policy offers:

  • 20% support for Non-IT Infrastructure.
  • 30% support for IT Infrastructure.
  • Financial assistance of up to INR 50 Cr for Category 1 units with Gross Fixed Capital Investment (GFCI) < INR 250 Cr.
  • Financial assistance of up to INR 200 Cr for Category 2 mega projects with GFCI >= INR 250 Cr.
OPEX Support

To ease operational expenses, the policy provides:

  • 15% support on eligible operational expenditure.
  • Bandwidth & Cloud Rental capped at 35% of eligible OPEX.
  • Up to INR 20 Cr for Category 1 units with GFCI < INR 250 Cr.

Special Incentives

Employment Generative Incentive (EGI)

To boost employment, the policy supports new job creation with:

  • 50% of CTC as a one-time support.
  • Up to INR 60,000 for female employees.
  • Up to INR 50,000 for male employees.
Atmanirbhar Gujarat Rojgar Sahay

Aimed at promoting job security through EPF support:

  • 100% EPF support for female employees.
  • 75% EPF support for male employees.
  • For a period of five years.
Interest Assistance
  • 7% interest assistance on term loans.
  • Up to INR 1 Cr per annum for five years.
Electricity Duty Incentive
  • 100% exemption from electricity duty for five years.

Other Incentives

Skilling of Local Talent
  • Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) of up to INR 50,000:
    • 50% reimbursement for working professionals.
    • 75% reimbursement for undergraduate/graduate students.
Quality Certification Support
  • 80% reimbursement of certification costs.
  • Up to INR 10 Lakh.
  • For up to five certifications.
Additional Incentives Under Gujarat IT/ITeS Policy (2022-27)
  • GCCs can claim incentives under:
    • ICT & Deep Tech Incubators.
    • ICT & Deep Tech Accelerators.
    • Startups using GCC incubation/acceleration can avail incentives under ICT & Deep Tech Startups.
