July 2025 Tax Compliance Calendar for Businesses & Professionals in India

As we step into the second quarter of the financial year 2025–26, July 2025 brings a crucial set of Tax compliance deadlines that businesses, professionals, and taxpayers across India must keep track of. From GST filings to TDS/TCS returns, PF/ESI payments, and the last date to file income tax returns (for non-audit cases), it’s a month packed with statutory obligations.

Timely compliance doesn’t just help you avoid penalties—it also strengthens your financial discipline, enhances credibility, and ensures smoother business operations.

In this blog, we’ve curated a comprehensive compliance calendar for July 2025, so you can stay ahead of deadlines without last-minute panic.

Why Is July an Important Month for Compliance?

July marks the closing of the first quarter (April to June) of the financial year, which means quarterly returns such as GSTR-1 (QRMP), CMP-08, TCS, and TDS filings are due.

It’s also the final month for filing Income Tax Returns for individuals and non-corporate entities not subject to tax audit. If you miss this deadline, late fees under Section 234F may apply, along with the possibility of interest or loss of carry-forward benefits.
