MCA CIRCULAR NO. 6/2021
After receiving a various request from various stakeholders for relaxation on the levy of additional fees for filing of various forms under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued MCA Circular no 6/ 2021 dated May 3, 2021, for relaxation of additional fees under the aforesaid Acts, thereunder due for filing of forms during 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 in view of COVID -19 related restrictions and disruptions due to the difficulties which have arisen due to resurgence of COVID-19 pandemic. The MCA has granted additional time upto 31st July 2021 for the forms due from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021
Accordingly, no additional fees will be levied upto 31st July 2021 for delayed filing of forms (other than form CHG-1, CHG-4, and CHG-9 forms). Only normal fees to be paid.
