INTRODUCTION

  • MCA has launched its new application (v3) for e-filing by LLPs on MCA V 3 portal to improve the delivery of LLP services.
  • It may be noted that all the LLP e-filing services are being upgraded and migrated to MCA V3 portal. However, all the other services will continue to exist at MCA V3 (existing) portal.

APPLICATION OF THE NEW LANCHED V3

  • LOGIN: You can login to the MCA Portal by clicking on the “Sign in/Sign Up” link on the top right corner of the MCA portal.
  • LOGIN OPTIONS: in the current context the portal gives you the 3 options:
  1. Company Login/V3 Login – To be used if the user wants to avail all the MCA services except LLP e-filing services.
  2. LLP Login/V3 Login – to be used if the user wants to avail LLP e-filing services. The LLP e-filing services are being made available in the V3 system have been mentioned at the end of this article.

V3 LOGIN PROCESS FOR LLP

Step 1: Select the V3 login option from the Sign in/Sign up link present on the top right corner of the MCA portal. While login kindly select LLP login option instead of company login.

Step 2: Please enter your username. It would be CIN/LLPIN/FCRN for Company/LLP users and “Email ID” used to register for all other users.

Step 3: Please enter your password and click on login.

Step 4: After successfully login user are able to fill LLP incorporation forms by using option My Application-MCA Services –LLP e filling– Use incorporation option i.e. RUN and Fillip incorporation of LLP

[Fillip is a part of various initiatives undertaken by the Government of India towards Ease of Doing Business (EODB). Fillip is a integrated form wherein the registration certificates is issued for the LLP. Issuance of DIN/DPIN & Issuance of PAN & TAN Now LLP can be incorporated with 500 Partners through webform FiLLiP. The requirement to file Addendum to webform FiLLiP has been done away with.]
Now the user can start to fill the incorporation forms.

How to fill LLP web forms other than incorporation?

Step 1: Firstly the user need to go “Sign in/Sign Up” link on the top right corner of the MCA portal, using existing login id of MCA, here not required to create new login for LLP portal. User can use our existing login id.

Step 2:  Then sign in the portal using existing login id of MCA, here not required to create new login for LLP portal. User can use his existing login id.

Step 3: After successfully login user need to use “profile update” option so that other forms of LLP like LLP form-3 (registration of LLP agreement) Form 4 (Change in LLP partners/designated partners) will display in their login.

Step 4: The “profile update” option shown in the top right corner.

The user needs to update his/her profile as “business user” and fill the required details for the same.  After successfully update the profile user shown the congratulation popup from MCA.

Step 5: Now login again, at this time the user get the OTP on registered mail Id and phone no.
Step 6: Submit the OTP, now the user can see all the web forms are available in their login and ready to fill the forms.

[Note: A session is valid as long as one is active. However, the sessions would expire after 5 minutes of inactivity. You would be notified after 4 minutes of inactivity before you are logged off. Here the list of forms which are available web base on the MCA portal
